It looks like Paul Rudd was wanted to reprise his role as Tommy Doyle from 1995’s Halloween 6: The Curse of Michael Meyers in director David Gordon Green’s Halloween Kills. Tommy Doyle’s character was originally introduced in the original 1978 film and I guess they have plans to play with the character further, which is great!
