Located along the Charles River, Leverett House is a vibrant residential community at Harvard College. Established in 1931, it provides students with a welcoming environment where academic excellence and personal growth thrive.

Leverett has the largest student body of all of the Harvard Houses. Leverett House was named after John Leverett, who was President of Harvard from 1708 to 1724. Leverett's election was one of the significant turning points for Harvard, as every President before him had been a clergyman.

The Resident Dean’s Office includes Leverett’s Allston Burr Resident Dean (John), and Leverett’s Academic Coordinator (Kim) and is located in F Tower on the first floor. (As you enter the building through the glass doors of F-tower, the office is the first door on your right).

Leverett House offers a variety of spaces for residents to host meetings, study sessions, or events. From intimate gatherings in the Private Dining Room to larger activities in the Library Theater, there’s a space to suit your needs.
