ORBIS Corporation is closing their Menasha facility and laying off 109 employees, according to a notice filed to the state by the company on Wednesday.

Police said they have arrested a 19-year-old Menasha man, suspected of setting fire to a strip mall which has office space leased to U.S. Representative Glenn Grothman.
The maker of reusable packaging products, such as pallets and totes, said some of the impacted workers in Menasha, Wis., could land jobs at other company locations in Wisconsin.
