Tim Roth, Ed Harris, and Jessica Lange are among the high-profile names that have been confirmed as guests at this year’s Glasgow Film Festival . The Scottish festival announced its full 2025 guest list this afternoon.

There will be plenty of celebs on the red carpet at the upcoming festival of film.The Glasgow Film Festival - Scotland’s largest celebration of cinema - is set to take place in the city from February 29-March 9.

Glasgow Film Festival will feature 13 world and European premieres, 66 UK premieres and 12 Scottish premieres from 38 countries.

GSFF25 will open with the world premiere of Alex Hetherington’s experimental documentary about the founder of Scottish queer club night Hot Mess.

Hollywood legends Ed Harris and Jessica Lange will walk the red carpet for the UK premiere of Long Day’s Journey Into Night, a new screen adaptation of Eugene O’Neill’s play, on February 28. Jessica will also feature in a special In Conversation event on March 1, reflecting on her six-decade-long career.

Actors Tim Roth, Ed Harris and George MacKay, directors John Maclean and Laura Carreira, and F1 star Damon Hill are coming to Glasgow Film Festival.
