Florida attorney general James Uthmeier on Tuesday said he’s opened an investigation into Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan.

Florida Republican Attorney General James Uthmeier announced that his office launched an active criminal investigation into the conduct of online influencers Andrew and Tristan Tate following their unexpected arrival in Florida.

Andrew and Tristan Tate fired back at the DeSantis administration after the state opened a criminal investigation against them. But they are now apparently leaving the state. “I’m going back to Romania in a few days anyway,” Andrew posted shortly after news of the probe came out.
