Despite losing plenty of vets over the years, the Philadelphia Eagles are in a perfect spot regarding their leadership team.
Slay ultimately won't be given that chance as the Eagles elected to move on from the six-time Pro Bowler. Much of that decision can likely be attributed to the quick development of cornerbacks, Quinyon Mitchell and Cooper DeJean, who made Slay a luxury the team couldn't afford.
