He was named to the AHL All-Star Game. At that level, the 23-year-old has looked the part as one of hockey’s most promising goalie prospects.

Seattle has a 7-1 record all-time against the Sabres and has outscored them, 40-24. And remember, this is a fourth-year franchise that has only made the playoffs once and isn't likely to get there this year either.

VANCOUVER, British Columbia (AP) — Jiri Kulich had a goal and two assists and the Buffalo Sabres rallied to beat the Vancouver Canucks 3-2 on Tuesday night.
