When the De'Aaron Fox trade rumors first emerged, the LA Lakers were instantly ruled out as a destination despite the Kings star and LeBron James sharing the same agent.

Regardless of whether the Sacramento Kings move De'Aaron Fox by the Feb. 6 NBA trade deadline, they need to recognize this as an organizational pivot point.
