Raiders star defensive end Maxx Crosby is entering the final two years of a four-year, $94 million contract, but none of the money for the two years is guaranteed.

Considering the constant uncertainty within the Las Vegas Raiders' organization and the messy details surrounding Maxx Crosby's contract situation, many feel that the star defensive end could be traded this offseason.

The Raiders are ushering in a new era under general manager John Spytek and coach Pete Carroll, and they want Maxx Crosby to be a part of it. During Spytek's news conference at the NFL scouting combine,

New Raiders General Manager John Spytek lauded Maxx Crosby as a "really skilled and talented player." Because of that, other teams surely have called the Raiders about Crosby's availability in a trade.

In his six-year career, Crosby has sacked quarterbacks 59.5 times and has 144 quarterback hits, 23 pass deflections and nine forced fumbles.
